Mexico City's climate is subtropical with consistently warm to hot weather throughout the year, and two seasons: dry and rainy. There is some variation to other subtropical cities in the world due to its elevation, meaning that some areas are dryer or wetter than others. Average yearly weather is 20°C.

Roma/La Condesa: Two, different but similar neighbourhoods next to each other. Good for first timers, energetic and hip. Many restaurant and shopping options and healthy nightlife.

Coyoacán: Local feel, good for budget-conscious travellers. Good for people interested in art and culture.

Polanco: More affluent and has luxury establishments. Good for shopping. Popular suburb for expats to move, especially with families.
