Here's what Prem Hirubalan has to say about Singapore:

Being right by the equator we only have 2 types of seasons, wet-hot or just hot. We have a tropical climate of 80-90 degrees daily.

‍Singapore is an amalgamation of people around the region as well as expats from the UK, USA and other places. Locals speak English and many other, regional languages.

‍The food is absolutely amazing!! Singapore is known as the food capital of the region for this reason. From hawker delights (where a meal cost 3 USD) to 5 star meals, you can find anything to fit your budget.

Cost of living

‍Home and car prices of amongst the highest in the region. That being said, public transport and access to public housing balances this out.

Personal favs

‍Whilst it isn't New York City, each neighbourhood is Singapore has its own unique vibe. From Little India to Chinatown, each place you go to offers a unique, immersive exposure to each culture.

You don’t have to leave Singapore to sample Thai or Indonesian food, or experience their culture. It’s just a subway ride away.

Singapore runs an efficient government. Trains run on time and it is very safe.
